We are always in the process of continuous improvement and reform of the S.E.H system. We pay attention to our daily S.E.H work details. The on-site supervision has been much enhanced. We pay attention to employee’s health and make sure no hazards of occupational disease. We emphysize on environmental protection to ensure we lead in the S.E.H management work in the industry.

Whole-company safety production responsibility system was adopted. Employee’s consciousness of safety production and compliance with the rules are much emphasized.  Continuous improvement can be seen. The S.E.H management skills are improved.  Attention paid to details of operation in the whole process of safety supervision and safety production supervision system. Key equipments and key points are overseen to ensure the safety of the equipment. We implement the hazardous chemicals management system in the factory. We manage well the procurement, storage and usage of dangerous chemicals. We manage the toxic chemicals according to rules to avoid accidents. We enhance the occupational disease prevention skills and ensure health of employees. The energy-saving work and reducing emissions are done in the factory as well.

Agreements of safety production between company and employee are signed.  A system of questioning was adopted. Those who violated the rules and caused accident shall be responsible for the accident. Job accessment and rewarding was related with their performance in safety management. Rewards issued to those who found the serious hidden hazards to avoid big accident and those who contribute greatly to the safety production. Punishment was given to those department and personnel who didn’t manage well. We improve the validity of S.E.H management systems day by day. Documentation of S.E.H was prepared according to the principles of simplicity, precision and practical. Training of S.E.H knowledge was done to the employees to make sure everyone is familiar with the system and master the key points of the system to enable the employees to have a better understanding of the system.

Special key equipment safety tracing was operated by special professional persons. Key equipment and key points are marked and managed strictly according to the checking forms. Hazardous control spots layout and control points were clearly explained. Factory monthly S.E.H check and safety check was done. Checking of the status of key equipment and key locations are done regularly. Checkup of the high pressure container ensure the safety valve, conbustibles and toxic alarms to work properly. Periodically checkup of safety, environment and occupational diseases are arranged. Modification of any problems if we found any to make sure that the S.E.H equipments are in good condition. All the professional staff are certificated to operate the equipment.

We educate our emplyees to be aware of their environmental consciousness and social liability and push the employees to take their responsibilities of protecting the environment. The company has renewed environment accessment standards to watch the concentration and content  indexes. We control the emissions from the souce. We set our objectives of “ energy-saving, reducing-consumption, minimizing pollution and increasing efficiency”. We sent all our solid waste substance to the designated zone in the industrial center to have them treated.

 We have obtained the safety production certificate of Jiangsu Province. Environment  has been checked by the Nantong Enrironmental Bureau and given the certificate. Nantong city disease control center has had irregularly checkup of our surrounding neighbours and our site to prevent the occurance of occupational diseases.

The company has not had any accident since its inception. At present, the company has passed all the official enterprise safety standards and will further implement the S.E.H management of the company and to bring the performance to a higher level in the future.
